Charles Marlas

Charles Marlas is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in education and business development. As the Owner and CEO of Kensington Schools since July 1994, Charles has contributed to the growth of a nationally recognized private nursery, preschool, and kindergarten serving the Chicago suburbs. In addition, Charles serves as the Membership Chair for YPO, an organization connecting thousands of chief executives globally, and previously held the position of Principal at ML Partners, Inc., focusing on architecture and design-build projects. Early career experience includes being a Principal at T.C. Marlas & Company, a broker-dealer firm. Charles holds a degree from the University of Vermont and is a graduate of Hinsdale Central High School.
