Krystal Flowers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Krystal began their career as a Jobsite Assistant at David A. Bush Construction, where they managed project correspondence and maintained As-Builts for various construction projects. Krystal then worked at Tiger Martial Arts Academy as a Business Office Manager, overseeing office functions, payroll, and financial management of the competition team. Krystal later joined Powers, Pyles, Sutter & Verville, P.C. as a Human Resources and Accounts Payable Supervisor, handling employee inquiries, benefits coordination, and payroll matters. Krystal then served as an Executive/Legal Assistant at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, providing support to firm partners and associates. Krystal also worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Macerich, where they implemented electronic filing systems and managed executive calendars. Krystal further gained experience as a Regional Coordinator at Retail Properties of America, Inc., where they served as an Office Manager and EA to the President of the Eastern Division. Before their current role as Director Of Business Operations at Kensington Senior Living, Krystal worked as a Finance Coordinator & Facilities Manager at Lightwave Dental, where they handled treasury administration, contract management, and provided executive assistance to the CEO, CFO, COO, and VP of New Markets.
