Rachel Cooke

Rachel Cooke is an experienced tourism professional with a robust career in sales and reservations within the travel industry. Currently serving as Sales Lead and Destination Expert at Kensington Tours since June 2016, Rachel is responsible for tracking potential leads and following up on inquiries. Previously, Rachel worked as a Reservations Agent at The Travel Corporation from September 2012 to June 2016, where success with Insight Vacations led to cross-training for European brands Trafalgar and Contiki. Rachel's career began at Belfast International Airport as a Passenger Services Agent from June 2008 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Tourism Development and a Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management, both obtained from Ulster University.
