Matthew Kornfeld

Matthew joined Kensington Vanguard in March 2017 as Manager of our National Residential Settlement Division. Since joining the firm, Matthew has helped streamline many different processes within the residential division to help build efficiencies and create synergies throughout all of our branch office locations. He has been a vital piece to the firm’s residential expansion and tremendous growth. He assumed his current position in March 2019.

Prior to joining Kensington, Matthew was the Vice President of Business Operations at EAM Land Services for 4 years where he managed a settlement team which serviced many large institutional lenders such as Citibank, Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase. Before his tenure at EAM, Matthew worked for additional large, national agencies where he held similar roles. Matthew has over 18 years of experience in the title & settlement industry.
