Elie Merheb

Elie Merheb serves as President & CEO of Kent Adhesive Products Company dba KAPCO since August 2015, overseeing comprehensive operations including business strategy, culture, and profit and loss accountability, while enhancing the company's digital presence. Concurrently, Elie serves as a Board Member at MAGNET Ohio since October 2019. Previously, Elie held the position of Global Business Leader at The Lubrizol Corporation from May 2008 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing the TPU film and sheet business, shaping product strategies, and leading market development. Other relevant experience includes roles in product development and quality management at Avery Dennison, as well as a lengthy tenure at Honda R&D Americas as Plastics & Interior Group Manager. Elie holds an MBA in Marketing from John Carroll University, a Master's in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
