William Craig

William Craig has extensive work experience in various financial leadership roles. William is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Kent International, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they were also the Chief Financial Officer at IEH Corporation from July 2020 to May 2023.

Before their tenure at IEH Corporation, William held the position of CEO & CFO at Tarantin Industries, Inc. from April 2014 to March 2020. William also served as the CFO at Tarantin Industries from March 2012 to March 2020.

Furthermore, William has been the CFO at Fifth Street Finance Corp. from September 2007 to August 2011. William served as the EVP & CFO at Vital Signs, a medical device manufacturer, from March 2005 to September 2007.

Prior to their role at Vital Signs, William held the position of EVP FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION & CFO at Matheson Tri-Gas, a global industrial/ specialty gas company, from September 1999 to December 2004. William was also the EVP & CFO at EMPIRE OF CAROLINA, INC. from May 1997 to August 1999.

Before joining EMPIRE OF CAROLINA, INC., William worked as an Independent Consultant from October 1995 to April 1997. William started their career as a Vice President at GE CAPITAL CORP from April 1990 to September 1995.

William Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wake Forest University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. Later, they pursued higher education at Texas A&M University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from 1980 to 1982. Following their formal education, William Craig obtained several additional certifications. In 1985, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). In 2010, they obtained the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) certification and the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification, both from the AICPA. Additionally, in 2014, they achieved the CGMA certification from the AICPA. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed Improv 101 at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
