Antoine Helou

Antoine Helou was General secretary of the French Institutes of Lebanon and worked there for 22 years with responsibilities in administrative, budgetary, and human resources management. He holds a degree from the Nancy II University Institute of Technology in Business and Administration Management, and a Diploma in Banking Studies from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.
