Rachel Hinson

Rachel Hinson is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in operations and facility management. Currently at Kent Companies, Inc., since May 2021, Rachel has contributed to commercial and industrial construction projects. Prior experience includes serving as an operations analyst at Good Shepherd for a decade, where Rachel oversaw maintenance operations, managed projects, and improved vendor contracts while maintaining substantial budgets. Additional roles include directing a large volunteer team and managing communications at the Gator Wesley Foundation. Rachel holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor's of Art in German Studies from the University of Florida, along with credits toward a German degree from the University of Mannheim.
