Michael Lacy is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in hospitality, strategic consulting, and management roles. Currently serving as the Head of Business Support Countywide for Kent County Council since May 2023, Michael delivers essential support for adult social care services. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at Delivers.AI, Michael managed autonomous delivery solutions. Additionally, Michael has provided consultancy services through Mike Lacy & Associates, held the position of Managing Director at The Skinny Kitchen, and coordinated special projects for Pizza Hut UK and Europe. Earlier career highlights include serving as CEO of Highlands Coffee in the Philippines and holding marketing leadership roles at Swisscom and Acentic. Michael holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Hotel International Management from reputed institutions.
