Richard Teare

Richard Teare is a seasoned property investment and development professional with extensive experience in both consultancy and asset management. As Director of Meadland Estates Limited since May 2012, Richard has led the company in providing development, investment, and asset management services across the South East, working with notable clients such as Mole Valley District Council and Kent County Council. Additionally, Richard has experience in ongoing development services for Tindle Newspapers Ltd. and East Sussex County Council. Previous roles include serving as Business Development Director at Places for People, a leading affordable housing provider. Richard Teare is an alumnus of Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, where studies were completed from 1977 to 1983.
