Daniel Hawkins

Daniel Hawkins is a Clinical Pharmacist with extensive experience in emergency medicine and inpatient care. Currently at Kent Hospital since October 2020, Daniel responds to critical medical emergencies, providing medication evaluations and recommendations. Previously, at Mission Health from September 2017 to October 2020, Daniel specialized in emergency medicine, adult medicine, and antimicrobial stewardship as part of a float team. Daniel's earlier roles include inpatient clinical pharmacist and educator positions at The Westerly Hospital, Lifespan, and CVS Health, where responsibilities ranged from anticoagulation management to pain management consultation and transitions of care. Daniel holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 2006 and 2012.
