Ramin Tabaddor serves as the Chief of Orthopedics at Kent Hospital since February 2022 and holds the position of Assistant Professor of Orthopedics at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine, Brown University, where Ramin has been since July 2017. Ramin is board certified in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and is also the Head Orthopedic Surgeon for University of Rhode Island Athletics since September 2009. Additionally, Ramin is a committee member of the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee of the Rhode Island Interscholastic League and has held roles as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and an Orthopedic Surgeon with Ortho Rhode Island until June 2017. Ramin's extensive education includes a Medical Doctor degree from Boston University School of Medicine, completing fellowships at the University of Minnesota in Sports Medicine, and various residencies at prestigious Harvard programs from 2001 to 2008, paired with an undergraduate degree in English from Boston University.
