Rosa Desousa

Rosa DeSousa is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and staffing, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Care New England since May 2019. With a longstanding career at Kent Hospital since 2001, Rosa has held roles as Staffing Office Supervisor and Administrative Assistant in Nursing Administration. Rosa gained customer service experience at DHL from 1998 to 2009. Rosa is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Salve Regina University, and holds an Associate of Science in Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary from the Community College of Rhode Island.
