Andreas Schupp

Andreas Schupp has a diverse and extensive work experience in product planning, design, and management. Andreas is currently serving as the Head of Product Planning & Design (PPD) at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry since March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Lenovo, starting from January 2009 to December 2022. These roles include Director of Fixed Computing Design, Director of Design & UX in Advanced Design & CMF, Director of Design & UX in WW Brand, and Design Director of Strategy. At Lenovo, their responsibilities involved leading design teams across multiple areas such as visual identity design, graphic and packaging design, retail experience design, and advanced design. Andreas also worked on design strategy, innovation programs, and collaboration with technology research facilities.

Before joining Lenovo, Andreas worked at Philips Design from 1998 to 2008. During their tenure, they served as a Senior Design Manager in Philips Design Consulting and held roles as a Senior Product Design Consultant and Senior Product Designer. Andreas worked on various projects, including the development of flagship steam iron models, co-development of solid-state players and portable DVD players, and rechargeable floor care products. Andreas'sdesigns received multiple awards and recognition.

Andreas also has prior experience at Techtronic Industries - TTI, where they worked as a Senior Product Designer. Andreas'sresponsibilities involved designing rechargeable lawn and garden tools and various other products. Andreas received the Hong Kong Award for Industry: Consumer Product Design in 1997.
