George Perkins

Head of Acoustics at Kent Engineering & Foundry

George Perkins has a diverse work experience in the field of acoustics and engineering. George started their career in 2007 with internships at Klein + Hummel and Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co. KG, where they gained experience in loudspeaker design engineering. In 2009, they joined KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry as a Senior Research and Development Engineer, responsible for conducting research and developing new technologies. George later advanced to the role of Deputy Head of Acoustics and is currently serving as the Head of Acoustics at KEF. Additionally, they worked briefly as a Research Assistant at the University of Salford in 2009. With a focus on acoustic engineering and loudspeaker design, George Perkins has demonstrated a strong background in research, development, and leadership in the field.

George Perkins attended The University of Salford from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a BSc. degree in Acoustics within the field of Engineering.
