Ray Meltvedt has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Ray started their career at Sealed Air Corporation as a sales representative from 1983 to 1989. Ray then joined Landsberg Orora in 1990 and served as the Vice President of Sales, specializing in creating sustainable packaging options. In 1980, Ray became the President of Club Dust, an organization dedicated to providing housing and basic needs to the impoverished in Mexico. In 2011, they founded Feeding Somalia, a volunteer-run organization focused on raising funds to provide food and water to those in need in Somalia.

Ray Meltvedt attended Pepperdine University from 1977 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Another degree they obtained during the same period was a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
