Preeti Sriratana serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Kent Hospitality Group since 2025, overseeing a portfolio of distinguished hospitality venues in New York City and beyond. As a Founding Partner at Modellus Novus, an architecture firm active since 2014, Preeti contributes to culturally defining spaces. In addition, Preeti holds an Advisory Board Member position with the Harvard Kennedy School Asian American Policy Review since 2017, focusing on public policy issues affecting the AAPI community. As Board Chair and President of Apex for Youth, established in 1992, Preeti supports empowering underserved children in New York City. Furthermore, Preeti co-founded Sweeten in 2012, a recognized platform for renovation services, serving on its board until 2025. Preeti's academic credentials include a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
