Misti Hill Carter

Misti Hill Carter serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Kent Moore Cabinets Ltd since November 2023. Previously, Misti was an Attorney-Mediator at Hill Carter Mediation, LLC, and held positions at A&M Rural & Community Health Institute as Director of Research and Texas A&M College of Medicine as Assistant Professor. Misti has extensive teaching experience, including roles at Texas A&M University as a Clinical Assistant Professor and lecturer in Accounting, as well as at McCombs School of Business teaching Business Law. Misti's early career included consulting at Deloitte and litigation as an Attorney at Winstead PC. Misti holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
