Dawn Tuthill

Dawn Tuthill is the Director of Human Resources at Kent School, where Dawn oversees various HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Dawn served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lex Products LLC and as the Director of Human Resources at Pawling Corporation. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Hartford.
