Emily Michelson

Emily Michelson currently serves as the Associate Director of Admissions at Kent School since August 2023. Previously, Emily held multiple roles at The Madeira School from August 2019 to June 2023, including Assistant Director of Communications & Marketing, Dorm Director, Head Coach of Varsity Rock Climbing, and History Teacher. Additionally, Emily worked at St. Mark's School from July 2017 to June 2019 as a faculty member in the History & Social Sciences Department and Assistant Director of Auxiliary Programs. Emily's experience also includes serving as Assistant Director at The Global Citizenship Institute and a maternity leave replacement for a History Teacher at Fay School. Emily gained early experience as an Admission and Advancement Intern at St. Mark's School from June 2013 to September 2016. Academically, Emily is pursuing a Master of Arts in English at Middlebury College and holds a degree from the University of St Andrews, along with a background at St. Mark's School and a year abroad in France.
