Jen Lennon has extensive work experience in the field of communications and content strategy. Jen is currently serving as the Director of Content Strategy at Kent State University, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jen worked at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, where they served as the Director of Communications from July 2015 to October 2019. Before that, they worked as the Assistant Director of Communications from August 2013 to July 2015, and as a Communications Specialist from November 2010 to August 2013 at the same institution. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Web Content Manager and Web Copy Editor at HomeAdvisor from January 2010 to August 2010 and from November 2007 to January 2010, respectively. Jen also gained experience as a Designer at Southeast Ohio Magazine from March 2007 to June 2007 and as a Reporter at The Athens News from August 2005 to November 2006.
Jen Lennon has a Master's Degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University. Jen also completed a Certificate Program in Book Publishing from the University of Denver, specifically their Publishing Institute. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Magazine Journalism from Ohio University.
