Jon Wagner

Jon Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience in network design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network Design Engineer at Kent State University since January 2012, Jon specializes in maintaining a Cisco call manager environment, integrating various systems such as Cisco Unity, Singlewire InformaCast fusion, and Microsoft Teams. Prior to this role, Jon worked at InfoCision Management and InfoCision for a combined 16 years, focusing on Cisco-based networks and IP telephony support. Jon began his career as a Lead Warehouse Receiving Specialist at Sea World of Ohio from 1990 to 1997. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kent State University, obtained in 1993.
