Mark Meszar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark started their career as a Recruiter at Greenline Group, specializing in recruiting talent for the printed circuit board, printed circuit board assembly, and semiconductor industries.
Mark then moved on to work at Best Buy, where they held several roles within the Geek Squad. As an Agent on Deck, they provided technical support and customer service. Mark was later promoted to Geek Squad Senior, where they supervised other agents, performed advanced repairs, and conducted audits. Mark also served as an Advanced Repair Agent, assisting in the supervision of all in-store Geek Squad Agents and training them on proper procedures.
Currently, Mark is employed at Kent State University, where they have held various positions in the Information Technology department. Mark started as an IT User Support Analyst in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design, providing tier 2 IT support and managing the Digital Fabrication and Print Center. Mark then transitioned to the role of a Sr. Applications Support Analyst in the Client Infrastructure Group, where they maintained various systems and served as a liaison for support and training. Mark was later promoted to Information Technology Team Lead, and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Information Technology.
From 2013 to 2015, Mark Meszar attended Kent State University and obtained an Associate's Degree in Digital Sciences.
