Evaluation And Grants Project Director at Kent State University

Patty Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Patty began their career in 1989 as a Program Assistant at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron. Patty later worked as a Job Coordinator for Tri-County Jobs for Ohio's Graduates before transitioning to the Medina County Career Center as an Admissions/Marketing and Placement Coordinator. In 1999, they joined Robinson Water Systems, Inc. as the Vice President. In 2009, they became a Student Services Counselor at The University of Akron, and in 2012, they joined Kent State University as an Academic Program Coordinator. Patty has since held various positions at Kent State University, including Assistant Director, Associate Director, Director, and their current role as Evaluation and Grants Project Director.

Patty Robinson completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from The University of Akron. Patty subsequently earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the same institution in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Kent State University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
