Paul Creed III has extensive work experience in both the Civil Air Patrol and Kent State University. In the Civil Air Patrol, they held various roles such as sUAS Program Manager, Geospatial Team Member, Squadron Commander, National Cyber Mission Team Deputy for Education & Awareness, Photography Working Group member, Cyber Curriculum Specialist, Ohio Wing Group 3 Commander, Akron-Canton Senior Flying Squadron Deputy Commander, and Squadron Commander of the Youngstown ARS Composite Squadron. Paul demonstrated leadership skills, training capabilities, and expertise in information technology and administration.

At Kent State University, Paul Creed III worked as a Lead Applications Support Analyst, Technology Project Director, Manager of Information and Instructional Technology, Educational Technology Designer, Adjunct Professor, IT Support, and Student Assistant.
