Andy Malpas

Andy Malpas serves as the Head of Offshore Wind Advisory at Kent since July 2021, leading the offshore wind advisory business and overseeing project portfolios while driving growth and meeting client needs in the global offshore wind market. Prior to this role, Andy was the US Offshore Wind Market Lead, as well as the Operations Group Lead at Atkins, where responsibilities included managing operational aspects and developing a team of 60 engineers and consultants. Additionally, Andy held positions such as Team Lead for the London Offshore Structures Team and Senior Engineer at TWI, focusing on the structural integrity of engineering components in the oil and gas sector. Andy holds a first-degree in Mechanical Engineering from Durham University, obtained in 2008.
