Jane Thomson

Jane Thomson is a skilled HR professional currently serving as the Head of Rewards at Kent. With extensive experience in HR roles, Jane has previously worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Wood Group PSN, providing operational support for major projects, and as the HR & HRIS Manager at Kentech Group from 2015 to 2020. Jane began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at The Urquhart Partnership Limited and further developed their expertise at Wood Group as a Graduate Advisor. Jane holds a PgDip in Human Resources Management and a BA Hons in Business Studies, both from Robert Gordon University.
