Tom Ayers

Tom Ayers is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry with a robust background in consulting, business development, and project execution. Currently serving as the Vice President - Consulting - Americas at Kent since June 2023, Tom previously held key positions at SBM Offshore USA, INC, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and developing renewable energy projects. Tom has also served as the Vice President - Offshore at the American Bureau of Shipping and held various leadership roles at Technip, including Chief Operating Officer - Offshore. With qualifications including a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University, Tom has demonstrated expertise in both upstream and downstream sectors, bridging gaps between operator and contractor organizations.
