Patrick Armstrong

Patrick Armstrong currently serves as the President and CEO of the Kentucky Derby Museum, a position held since August 2015. Prior to this role, Patrick held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President at Kentucky Derby Festival, Inc. from January 2005 to July 2015, and Marketing Director at WLKY-TV from 2000 to 2005. Patricia's career in marketing began at Clear Channel Radio in Louisville as Marketing Services Manager from 1998 to 2000, and previously at Kentucky Derby Festival, Inc., where Patrick started as Event Manager in 1988 and progressed through various marketing roles. Early experience includes serving as Marketing/Distribution Coordinator at Education Associates from June 1987 to September 1988. Patrick Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Eastern Kentucky University between 1982 and 1986.
