Ryan Worthen is an accomplished marketing and customer experience professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance (KEMI), the largest provider of workers' compensation insurance in Kentucky, Ryan also owns two successful ventures: That One Company, Inc., which offers consulting and creative services, and Reel Special Productions, a renowned wedding video and lifestyle film company. In addition to business endeavors, Ryan actively contributes to various community organizations, holding positions such as Past President & Board Member for PRSA Thoroughbred Chapter and Board Member for Lexington Habitat for Humanity and The Hearing & Speech Center. A graduate of Asbury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Ryan's dedication to both professional excellence and community service reflects a strong commitment to making a positive impact.
