Jose Edwin has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jose began their career as a Consultant at Nationwide Insurance in 1997 and then moved on to Farmers Insurance in 1998, where they continued in a Consultant role until 2002. In 2003, they joined Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and held various roles throughout their tenure. Jose started as a Programmer Analyst II, where they served as a Business Applications Analyst and IT Liaison, responsible for designing workflows, analyzing database requirements, and maintaining existing information systems. Jose then progressed to the role of Business Application Delivery Manager in 2011, where they managed the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems, and advised multiple project teams. Most recently, they were the Information Technology Operations Manager before being promoted to Corporate Director of Information Technology in March 2020.
Jose Edwin has a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Jose also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Louisville, which they obtained in 2009. Prior to their higher education, Jose Edwin completed their High School/Secondary Certificate Programs from The Indian High School between 1978 and 1990.
