Melissa Webster has extensive experience with Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, where Melissa has held multiple roles since October 2000, including Policy Services Manager, Policy System Specialist, Policy Processor II, Help Desk Technician, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Melissa Webster worked at National City Bank from May 1994 to April 1999, serving as a Statement Inserter Machinist in the Deposit Operations Department, as well as in roles such as New Account Admin and Cooperative Education Student. Melissa Webster obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2007 and 2012, and has also completed studies at Jefferson Community College in Kentucky.
