Silas Arnold has a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Western Kentucky University and a Master's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently working as a Talent Services Manager and Claims Adjuster at Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Silas previously held roles such as Outdoor Recreation & Challenge Course Coordinator at Western Kentucky University, Graduate Assistant for Outdoor Pursuits at the University of Northern Colorado, and Visitor Use Assistant at the U.S. Department of the Interior. With experience in coordinating outdoor trips, supervising staff, and organizing outdoor programs and events, Silas has a strong background in outdoor recreation and administration.
