Alicia Swanson has over 20 years of experience in program coordination and community service, currently serving as the FSS Technical Administrator at Kentucky Housing Corporation since August 2019. Previously, Alicia held the position of Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator at Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority from July 2004 to July 2019, where responsibilities included administering programs for low-income populations, organizing financial workshops, creating marketing materials, developing standard operating procedures, and managing a case load of over 250 participants. Alicia also contributed to community outreach as a Career Counselor at Southwest Ohio Career Resource Network and as an Evening GED Program Manager at Northside Community School. Starting a career as a Community Organizer at Working In Neighborhoods, Alicia holds a B.A. in Sociology from Berea College.
