Bernadette Hillman

Bernadette Hillman is a Policy Analyst and Grant Developer at Kentucky Housing Corporation since October 1996. Prior to that, Bernadette held the role of Senior Paralegal and Manager at the same company. Before joining Kentucky Housing Corporation, Bernadette was the Director of Residential Development at NTS Development Company from January 1989 to October 1996. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University, and attended California State University, Bakersfield in 1976-1977.
