Rachel Reid, MCSE, has over a decade of experience in database administration and software engineering. Currently serving as the Database Administrator Team Lead and formerly as a Software Engineer at Kentucky Housing Corporation since November 2012, Rachel has developed significant expertise in managing and optimizing databases. Prior experience includes a role as Database Administrator and Computer Programmer for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from July 2010 to November 2012, and as a Software Trainer at Closers Choice from January 2004 to July 2007. Rachel holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Jacksonville, completed between 2001 and 2003.
