Carly Uglow has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management within the entertainment and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Kentucky Kingdom since April 2014, Carly has successfully increased corporate sales by 52% through cold calling and relationship development. Previous roles at Kentucky Kingdom include Sales Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, where Carly oversaw a zone of food stands that generated significant revenue and improved net profit. Early career experience includes roles as a supervisor and team lead in retail and games, as well as serving as a PINK Campus Representative for Victoria's Secret Pink, focused on brand awareness in the Louisville market. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Louisville, completed in 2020.
