Kevin Nally has an extensive background in law enforcement, having served in various roles at the Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Lottery Corporation. Kevin has experience in branch operations, team-based service delivery, and collaborating across the public safety spectrum. Kevin has also worked as a Security Field Manager and Senior Investigator, demonstrating their strong leadership and investigative skills. Kevin holds a variety of titles, including Assistant Commander, Detective, Sergeant, and Trooper, showcasing their diverse expertise in traffic enforcement, crisis negotiation, narcotics investigation, and more. Kevin is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the field of law enforcement.

Established in 1989, the Kentucky Lottery was the first lottery in the United States to be implemented as a corporation. Our mission is clear – we fuel imagination and fund education for ALL Kentuckians. This is done through lottery proceeds funding college scholarship and grant programs with over $5 Billion in funding since 1999, including every dime ever awarded in the popular KEES Scholarship program. In order to do this, our plan is based on a structure which represents our operation.
