Melina Patterson

Melina Patterson is an experienced professional in management and leadership, currently serving as a Board Member for the Kentucky Restaurant Association since January 2018 and as Vice President at Patterson & Company CPAs pllc since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Melina held various positions at Thorntons Inc. from March 2005 to January 2016, including Director of Fresh Foods and Sr. Food Service Brand Manager, with a focus on retail and food service. Earlier career experience includes roles as Account Manager at Reynolds American, Inc. and Brown & Williamson Tobacco, where responsibilities involved developing business plans for key accounts in the southeastern United States. Melina's career began at Coca-Cola Enterprises as an Account Manager from 2001 to 2003. Melina holds an M.A. in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a BA in Sociology/Psychology from Morehead State University.
