Ann James

Ann James has extensive experience in the real estate and design industries, currently serving as a Realtor at Kentucky Select Properties since June 2006, where responsibilities include assisting clients in property transactions and negotiating contracts. Prior to this role, Ann worked as an Interior Specialist at Arhaus Furniture, focusing on client relationships and achieving sales targets. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for the E.E. Bass Foundation and Greenville Arts Council, where Ann managed grant research and organizational correspondence, as well as working as a Wedding Consultant and Floral Designer at Nanz & Kraft Florists, overseeing wedding decoration and vendor coordination. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Louisville and a degree in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky.
