Michael White

Michael White is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency response, firefighting, and law enforcement. Since December 2014, Michael has served as a HAZMAT Specialist and Pilot UAS at the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, in addition to being the CBRNE Assistant Section Chief. Michael has been a member of the Indy Track Safety Team at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway since March 2013, performing duties as a Pit Road Firefighter, and also contributes to the Fire and Safety Team at Kentucky Speedway as a Track Firefighter and NASCAR Blue Card Instructor. In a leadership role, Michael served as the Commissioner for the Indiana Emergency Response Commission from March 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes training coordination at the Indiana Department of Correction, roles in multiple police departments, and military service as a Heavy Equipment Operator First Class in the US Navy Seabees.
