Tim Shields has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim began their career in the US Navy, serving in Naval Special Warfare from 1983 to 1987. Tim then joined Herman Miller and held various roles, including Vice President/General Manager, Director of Workplace Provisioning, and Manager of Service Accounts, where they implemented service and distribution strategies, managed client services, and led workplace reengineering projects. After leaving Herman Miller, Tim held leadership positions at Arcturis and Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA, where they developed facilities services divisions and oversaw services for Fortune 500 clients. Tim later worked at BRG as a Senior Vice President, responsible for providing workplace management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to their current role, Tim worked at P4 Thirteen Consulting, primarily consulting for Herman Miller. Tim is currently the President and CEO of Kentwood Office Furniture.
