Veronica Lake

Veronica Lake is an experienced educational leader with a robust background in student services and program development across various roles in the education sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Student Services at Kentwood Public Schools, Veronica has also co-owned Dumont Planning and Consulting LLC since 2010, providing a spectrum of professional development and consulting services. Previous positions include School Principal at National Heritage Academies, Lead Education Consultant at Pearson, and Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services at Community Consolidated School District 59. With extensive experience in curriculum design, instructional audits, and strategic planning, Veronica has consistently improved educational outcomes, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and engaged in community and higher education partnerships. An accomplished presenter at national conferences, Veronica holds multiple degrees in Special Education and Educational Leadership from Fayetteville State University, Grand Valley State University, and Western Michigan University.
