Aswathy Chitra Nair is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations excellence. Currently serving as Finance Director for India Supply Chain & Operations Excellence at Kenvue, Aswathy previously held multiple finance leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, including Finance Controller and Supply Chain Finance Manager. Experience also includes serving as Division Finance Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited and Business Performance and Finance Manager at Huntsman Advanced Materials. Earlier in the career, Aswathy contributed to financial reporting and analysis as Assistant Manager at The World Bank. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kerala University.
