Ben Walker

Ben Walker is an experienced leader in sales and technology with a strong focus on driving growth through data and eCommerce strategies. Currently serving as the Head of NA Sales and Retail Excellence Data & Technology at Kenvue since May 2023, Ben leads efforts to enhance customer and retail data strategies while utilizing AI and automation. Prior to this, Ben held various roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, including NA Business Technology Leader and Business Technology Leader for Customer Development, showcasing a track record in optimizing technology solutions for sales operations. Additionally, Ben has a background in managing technology and operations at OraPharma and substantial experience in collaborative planning and forecasting within Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications include dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from Rider University, as well as an MBA in International Business and General Management from Rutgers Business School and Babson College.
