Beth Steele

Beth Steele currently serves as Portfolio Director at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Beth accumulated nearly three decades of experience at Johnson & Johnson, where various positions included Supply Chain Director, Director of Strategy Development, and Director of Operations, with a focus on supply chain strategy, planning, contract manufacturing, and logistics for consumer goods brands. Beth also held several managerial roles in Switzerland, overseeing contract manufacturing, planning, SAP implementations, project management, procurement, and distribution. Early in the career, positions included Manufacturing Associate, where responsibilities involved supporting primary packaging and plant planning. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
