Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith is an experienced IT Manager specializing in R&D technology, currently leading technology strategy for Packaging and Sustainability & Resiliency at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously, at Johnson & Johnson from June 2019 to May 2023, Catherine served in various roles including IT Lead for Consumer Health R&D IT, where responsibilities included co-creating product team vision and strategies, as well as IT Senior R&D Product Analyst, developing a Formula Cost Estimator tool that greatly improved costing processes. Other roles at Johnson & Johnson involved support for R&D packaging and analytics, serving as a Scrum Master for MLOps projects, and managing the transition of legacy labeling systems.
