Chris Proffitt is a seasoned Business Unit Head currently leading commercial and integration initiatives in the haircare sector at Kenvue. Previously, Chris held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Value Creation Lead and at GSK, where they contributed as a Net Revenue Manager and Commercial Executive. Chris began their career as a Commercial Financial Analyst during a placement at GSK after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Aston University.
