David Lickstein

David Lickstein is an experienced professional specializing in packaging innovation, sustainability, and design. Currently serving as the Global Head of Packaging Innovation, Sustainability and Experience at Kenvue since May 2023, Lickstein previously held a similar role at Johnson & Johnson from November 2022 to May 2023. With a significant tenure at Unilever from July 2014 to December 2022, Lickstein progressed through various leadership roles in packaging sustainability and innovation. Prior experience includes industrial design positions at Skooba Design and Montalbano Innovation & Development Inc. David Lickstein holds a Master of Science in Package Engineering and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
