David Lickstein

David Lickstein serves as the Global Head of Packaging Innovation, Sustainability, and Experience at Kenvue since May 2023, following a similar role at Johnson & Johnson from November 2022 to May 2023. With extensive experience at Unilever from May 2005 to December 2022, David held various positions including R&D Packaging Sustainability Strategy, Category Program Head, and Senior Manager roles in Packaging and Sustainability. Early career experience includes industrial design roles at Skooba Design and Montalbano Innovation & Development Inc. David possesses a Master of Science in Package Engineering and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Management and Systems from New York University and a professional program in Innovation & Design-Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
