Leonardo Martins

Leonardo Martins is a Finance Trainee in the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at Kenvue since March 2023, following experience as an FP&A Jr Analyst. Prior roles include an internship in Sales Intelligence and Commercial at Cielo from October 2021 to October 2022 and an internship in New Products at SEG Automotive in July to September 2021. Additionally, Leonardo participated in an academic and professional project at Usina Açucareira Ester S.A. between August 2019 and December 2020. Leonardo also served as Director General and Director of Sports at the Academic Athletic Association of Engineering XX de Março FACAMP from September 2016 to November 2018. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at FACAMP, alongside participation in exchange programs focusing on Digital Leadership and Systems Engineering at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
